BCIndexQ

• BCIndexQ[expr] gives True if expr is a valid basis-index or a valid component-index.
• BCIndexQ[expr, basis] gives True if expr is a valid basis or component index belonging to basis.
• BCIndexQ[expr, vbundle] gives True if expr is a valid basis or component index belonging to vbundle or to a subvbundle of vbundle.

• This function is simply a combination of BIndexQ and CIndexQ,
