ChangeFreeIndices

• ChangeFreeIndices[expr, newfrees] changes the free abstract indices in expr (after sorting them with IndexSort) by indices in the list newfrees, changing the dummies or expr which could interfere with any of those new dummies.

• Currently we assume that all indices belong to the same vbundle.
