IndexRule

• IndexRule[lhs, rhs] constructs a DelayedRule expression between indexed expressions lhs and rhs, evaluating rhs in advance.

• The rhs is surrounded by a Module construct after evaluation, with dummy indices in the module-list.
• A graphical (infix) notation for IndexRule is RightTeeArrow, but note that the latter has much higher precedence than Rule (I don't know how to change this).
