IndexSet

• IndexSet[lhs, rhs] defines a relation between indexed expressions lhs and rhs, evaluating rhs in advance.

• The rhs is surrounded by a Module construct after evaluation, with dummy indices in the module-list.
• A graphical (infix) notation for IndexSet is DoubleRightTee, but note that the latter has much higher precedence than Set (I don't know how to change this).
