LinearQ

• LinearQ is a Boolean option for DefInertHead stating that the inert-head is linear with respect to constants in its first argument.
• LinearQ[head] gives True if head has been defined as a linear inert-head, and False otherwise.

• The default value for the option is False.
• The information is stored as upvalues for the function LinearQ.
• Constants are checked using ConstantQ.
