MetricOn

• MetricOn is an option for MakeRule, giving which indices can be raised and lowered with a metric to produce equivalent rules.

• Possible values are None (default), All or a list of indices.
• This option is not relevant if there is no metric.
• In some cases, instead of producing new rules, the patterns of the already constructed rules are simply relaxed to accept indices with both characters.
