NewIndexIn

• NewIndexIn[vbundle] gives and registers a new computer-defined abstract index associated to the vbundle. The index is constructed using the last index of the user-defined part and a sequential number starting at 1.

• The last index and the sequential number are stored in  the private function LastIndex.
