RicciToEinstein

• RicciToEinstein[expr,covd] changes the Ricci tensor of covd in expr into its expression in terms of the Einstein tensor and the RicciScalar.
• RicciToEinstein[expr,list] performs the change for all covariant derivatives in the list.
• RicciToEinstein[expr] performs the change for all Ricci tensors in expr.

• This function works applying (using ReplaceAll) the private set of rules RicciToEinsteinRules[covd].
