ScreenDollarIndices

• ScreenDollarIndices[expr] replaces internal dummies (dollar-indices) by new non-dollar dummies for output.

• This function can be used explicitly when it is used, but the recommended way of doing it is setting $PrePrint=ScreenDollarIndices, or $Post=ScreenDollarIndices. The difference just involves which result is stored in Out. The long name is just a way of suggesting not to use it explicitly...
