SetOrthogonal

• SetOrthogonal[tensor[inds], vector[ind]] defines automatic rules for vector such that tensor[inds]*vector[ind]  is zero.
• SetOrthogonal[tensor[inds], vector] defines defines those rules for all abstract indices of tensor[inds].

• This function is used by DefTensor as a result of the option OrthogonalTo.
