xTensorFormStart

• xTensorFormStart[class] starts formatting for a class of objects. Valid classes are: ConstantSymbol, Parameter, InertHead, Tensor, CovD, LieD, Bracket.
• xTensorFormStart[]starts formatting for all those classes.

• Index formatting is always turned on.
• Formatting can be turned off using xTensorFormStop.
